Due to their dimensions, vinyl these must be ordered and shipped separately from the fabric orders.
Here are our general policies and information. Every time you order from Hissy Fit Fabrics, you are agreeing to these policies. I will post on our Facebook page when these policies are updated but it is your job to read them before you order.
Pre-Order will have a 6-12 week turnaround once the order is placed with the supplier. This is after the close of the pre-order round and have confirmed payments and yardage counts. No one understands better how important it is for you to get your pretties in a timely manner and we work very hard to get vinyl to you as soon as it is in our hands. The manufacturing and shipping process can sometimes be lengthy and out of our control. Please place your orders with this timeframe in mind and wait for retail if you are not comfortable with the turnaround time.
Payments are due upon order. Layaway balances will be invoiced 4 weeks after the close of the round. If the balance is not paid within 3 business days your order will be cancelled. Charges to Hissy Fit Fabrics as a result of a returned payment will be the buyer’s responsibility. Non-cleared checks with PayPal will result in your order being cancelled.
We are pleased to offer layaway for all pre-orders.. You will be charged for 50% of your total due plus the full cost of shipping when the order is placed. The remaining 50% balance will be due 4 weeks after the close of the round. If the balance is not paid within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled. If this happens you will be banned from the group and all future orders.
Re-runs may be printed with color/print variations from the original round. While we try to match as closely as possible, the printing process and base can vary from batch to batch.
Vinyl ships separately from fabrics. It ships based on weight due it's dimensions.
Important: When packages leave my hands, I am no longer responsible for them. If they get lost or damaged in transit I will not be liable for that. You have the option to add insurance to your order. It is highly recommended that you add the insurance. Priority Mail includes $50 worth of insurance. Anything beyond that is up to you.
Beginning October 2, 2018 you will have the option to add plastic packaging to your order. Due to the environmental impacts of plastics, I will not automatically package your items in plastic but it can be added to your order. The bag will be a heavy duty zip-top bag that can be reused.

If you have an address change after you have placed your order or layaway, please use the above link to make any changes as soon as possible. Please understand, if your purchase has already shipped to an incorrect address and it is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to forward to the correct address.
Refunds or Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds. Sometimes slight errors occur in the printing process. If there is a mark or variation on the product that is smaller than the size of a quarter it is not considered a flaw. Flaws found on the reverse side of the product that do not show through to the front of the fabric are not considered a flaw. Colors may vary slightly from what is shown due to computer monitor variations and slight color adjustments in the printing process. If there is a more significant flaw that we have missed we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the product. We reserve the right to choose to either refund or replace any incorrect order based on stock and the reason for the discrepancy.
We offer a 5% bulk discount for orders of 15 yards or more of a single print.
